Boxheart is a passionate wedding film and photo company based in Southern California. They are truly in love with capturing every moment of your big day so you are able to remember and relive your special day forever. They wanted a brand that could grow with their company. One of the requirements was they wanted a logo that was easy to read and stood out from the wedding other logos in the industry. The client wanted something that didn’t scream “wedding” this way so it could grow into a brand that services more than capturing weddings but documenting any special day or event.
Boxheart actually delivers their product in a box. Once they finish editing your special day or event, they bundle it up in a box. In their words, “we deliver your love in a box.” hence the name, boxheart. With this as inspiration, I decided to use box shapes creating a look that a box was unfolding into a heart shape. The san serif font is a custom font I created. I used rounded lines giving it a juxtaposition from the hard lines of a box.
