THE PROBLEM

Wave is a plastic surgery clinic that wants to grow their audience and tap into a subscription based model with a new product called, The My Wave Difference. This is a skin care evaluation that’s unique to your skin. The goal with this product is grow Waves demographic and gain a higher client list. The product and tools were there, it just needed a voice behind it.

THE SOLUTION

Develop a team and content around informational videos and tutorials. Utilizing YouTube and Instagram as the main platforms. Create content that aligns with the products vision and gain trust from the user. Make Wave Beauties and WAVED the go to channel for skin care and plastic surgery information. Launch a campaign called, “Wash Your Face”. This idea drew attention to a new skin care plan. Content was posted on billboards across Orange County and LA as well as in LOCALE magazine.
